Whole Chicken in your Halogen Oven Recipe
2lb chicken (unfrozen)
2 cloves garlic, squashed
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Season chicken inside and out with salt and pepper. Cut lemon in half and insert both halves into the cavity of the bird. Do the same with the onion Also insert the squash garlic cloves and rosemary sprig. Place on the 1-inch rack with the breast side down, cook at 400 degrees F for 25minutes. Turn over and cook for another 30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
