4 skinless chicken breasts.
1.1/2 – 2oz grated parmesan cheese.
Red Onion (half, diced)
1 heaped tblspoon of Mayo per each breast
1) Mix the salt, pepper, onion and cheese together (only mix in about a quarter), then add the mayonaise.
2) Dry the chicken, placing them in a singularly layer in an over proof dish. Now add the mix you created in step one, and sprinkle the other 3/4 of the cheese.
Set the halogen oven at 190ºC, 35-40 mins. Cook on the low rack
This goes well with rice, pasta chips or just salad!
