1 small baguette
100g spreadable butter or margarine
2-3 garlic cloves, grated
1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
1) Preheat the halogen oven to 220C for about 2-3 minutes
2) Mix the butter or margarine with the grated garlic and herbs.
3) Cut the bread in diagonal slices.
4) “Butter” the mixture evenly on the slices.
Wrap the pieces in tin foil and place on top rack and cook for 10-12 minutes, use an extender ring. If not then place on the bottom rack instead.
